Adam Dickinson, born 1974, is the author of four poetry collections and associate professor at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. His latest collection, Anatomic (Coach House Books, 2018), includes the results of chemical and microbial tests on his body to investigate how we write the environment and how the environment writes us. He looked into these results and saw the Anthropocene staring back. His literary work has been nominated for the Governor General’s Award for Poetry, the Trillium Book Prize for Poetry and the Raymond Souster Prize, among others.
