Katia Sophia Ditzler, Germany

Katia Sophia Ditzler, born 1992, studied Literary Writing, Music, Shadow Puppet Theatre, Ethnology and Indology/Tibetology/Mongolian Studies in Leipzig, Berlin, Kiev, Moscow and Yogyakarta. Interdisciplinary work situated between literature, music, video and performance. Published in magazines and anthologies, produces for the radio, translates. 2019 Vienna Workshop Prize Poetry. Lives and works in Berlin after an internship at Virtual Reality Cinema and residency in the Theatre Research Institute in Melbourne, Australia. 2019-20 mentee with the Neue Deutsche Medienmachern (New German Media Makers). www.katiasophiaditzler.com.
