Steve Mekoudja is an author, poet, director and musician. He was born in Cameroon in 1993 and currently lives in Berlin where he is studying Information Technology at the Technical University. In March 2015 his first short story Tala Ngai was awarded the Prix Stéphane Hessel de la jeune écriture francophone at the Salon du Livre, France’s largest book fair. The short story deals with the mass rapes in the Congo. In 2018 Steve published his project Rituals, comprising a musical and poetic album and a short film. The project was shown at the 2019 ZEBRA Poetry Film Festival. More at: www.stevemekoudja.com
