Kathrin Passig, Germany

Kathrin Passig, born 1970, lives in Berlin from non-fiction books, essays, lectures and her automatic t-shirt generator zufallsshirt.de, from which the material for her project Poetry Blackout also comes. She is a co-founder of the Zentrale Intelligenz Agentur, runs the community blog Techniktagebuch which won the Grimme Online Award in 2019 and in 2018 started the Twitter bots @gomringador and @wanderfelsen. In 2016 she won the Johann Heinrich Merck Prize for literary criticism and essay. In 2006 she won the Ingeborg Bachmann Prize.
